Power on the camera, and you will hear ”Dudu” sounds after 1-2 minutes. If you don’t hear “Dudu” sounds, please look up the body, lens, and power cord to check the reset button or reset hole. Please press and hold the reset button for at least 3 seconds until you hear voice prompts, or insert a paper clip/toothpick/pin in the reset hole and wait for 30 seconds until you hear voice prompts, which indicates the camera has been successfully reset back to original factory settings.
Note: The Reset button/hole can be found on the camera body, lens, or one of the tail lines with cover. Please check the pictures below for reference. If you cannot locate the reset position, please consult the seller directly.
