How to do when there is a prompt”WiFi connect failed” in adding process?

Please restart the phone, camera and router respectively. Verify below information before connection.

  1. Forget the connected Wi-Fi in Wi-Fi settings, or click the eye icon in the Yoosee app to double-check to make sure the Wi-Fi password entered is correct.
  2. Restart the router and modem.
  3. Most devices might be limited to 2.4GHz only. Please connect your device up to the dual-band router or 2.4GHz only.
  4. Disable AP Isolation, firewalls, and network protection by accessing the Router Admin Page
  5. Use a Wi-Fi router connected to the modem and configured to create a wireless network with a good signal.
  6. Power off the camera for 1~2 minutes and power on.
  7. Press and hold the reset button for at least 3 seconds until you hear voice prompts, or insert a paper clip/toothpick/pin in the reset hole and wait for 30 seconds until you hear voice prompts. When Reset is complete, open phone Wi-Fi settings to check whether there is “GW_ XXX” Wi-Fi. If you cannot find “GW_ XXX” Wi-Fi. Please consult the seller directly for the possible hardware failure.
