What to Do If Card Playback Keeps Loading?

Possible Reasons for Slow Card Playback Loading:

• High Resolution: The recording has a high resolution, which can slow down loading times.
• Poor Network Connection: The camera has a weak network connection, resulting in slow read speeds.
• Memory Card Issues: The memory card may be damaged, making it difficult to read.
• Outdated Software: The software version may be old and needs an update.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check Network:
   1. Test the smoothness of the real-time monitoring screen and the continuity of the time display.
   1. If the network is poor, restart the router or move the camera closer to the router.
2. Update Firmware:
   1. Upgrade to the latest firmware to enhance performance.
3. Adjust Recording Quality:
   1. Open the Yoosee App and tap the camera icon in the upper right corner to enter the Settings page.
   1. Go to the recording settings and adjust the card recording quality to HD.
   1. Wait for more than 30 minutes and then check the recording again after switching the quality.
4. Memory Card Maintenance:
   1. Re-test after formatting or replacing the memory card.
