There is prompt no memory card although you insert it?

1. It is suggested that the memory card be inserted repeatedly.
2. Verify the memory card is working well. Insert the memory card in the computer; you need to get a new memory card if it cannot be read on the computer.

Notice:

1. It is suggestion to select a new memory card with famous brand, the format should be Fat32, Class 4 and above, the biggest storage capacity no more than 128G. Some cameras support the exFat format.
2. You need to download Third-party software if there is no FAT32 format option on the computer when you format the memory card via the computer.
