There is normal when you choose All day/schedule record mode, but no record videos when you select Alarm record mode?
- Open the Yoosee app, enter the device list, and make sure the camera is on alert status. The alert icon is a lightning or bell icon on the bottom left of the device list.
- Click the “┆” on the top right of the corner of the device list, enter the settings, tap alarm type, then find Motion detection, and turn up the alarm sensitivity as high.
Try to trigger the alert to get the alert notification after the set is successful.
Waiting 1-2 minutes to check the alert image has been recorded after the alert mode is working.
