Step 1: Power On and Reset Guide
- The camera should make a startup sound once powered on.
- If you do not hear a startup sound after powering on the camera, press and hold the reset button on the camera for more than 5 seconds. You should hear a beep sound or see a prompt on the camera that says “Reset Successful”, confirming that the reset was successful.
Step 2: Adding Camera
- Launch the Yoosee App, tap the “+” Icon to scan the QR code on the camera.
- When the device ID is displayed in the app, tap “Add” to proceed with the setup.

Step 3:Wi-Fi Connecting Process
- Select a Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password manually for this camera, click the right eye icon under the Wi-Fi password option to make sure that you entered the right Wi-Fi password.
- Wait patiently for the camera to successfully connect to the network.

Troubleshooting and Tips:
- Make sure to connect your camera to a2.4GHz Wi-Fi network or dual-band Wi-Fi, as it may not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- If the camera fails to connect to the Wi-Fi, reset the camera and try the setup process again.
- Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is within range of the camera and that the network is working properly. If possible, test with another device to verify the Wi-Fi network.
