Troubleshooting Steps for Alarm Notification Issues:
Step 1: Check Yoosee App Settings
- Open the Yoosee app.
- Ensure that the Alarm mode or Messaging function is enabled.
- Walk in front of the camera to test if the alarm pop-up can be triggered.
Step 2: Check Phone System Settings
- For iPhone:
- Go to Settings.
- Find Yoosee and enable “Notifications”p ermissions.
- For Android:
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to Notifications and Status Bar.
- Select Yoosee and enable “Allow Notifications” permissions.
Step 3: Re-login to Your Account
- Log out of your current account.
- Log back in and observe if you start receiving notifications.
