1. Check Device Sound
- 8-Digit ID Camera:
On the app monitoring page, enable the speaker icon, increase the phone volume, and click the bottom right “三” button to select “Alarm.” Listen for the DIDI prompt sound. - 10-Digit ID Camera:
Ensure the phone volume is high enough. In the monitoring interface, click on the screen to enable the speaker. Slide the function bar to find and click “One-Key Expulsion” to check if the camera emits an alarm sound.
2. Adjust Device Volume
- Go to the monitoring page, click the Gear icon in the top right corner > Settings > Video and Sound > increase the camera volume. Make sure the speaker is within 5 meters of the camera.
3. Restart the Camera
- In the monitoring screen, click the “┆” icon in the top right > Detailed Settings > select “Restart the Device.”
4. Contact for Hardware Issues
- If the issue persists, it may indicate a hardware fault. Contact the seller for repair options.
