Pour les caméras d'identification à 8 chiffres :
- Open the Yoosee App and select the device.
- Tap the upper right corner “┇” to enter settings.
- Find and enable “Object Tracking” under “Alarm Type.”
Pour les caméras d'identification à 10 chiffres :
- Open the Yoosee App and select the device.
- Tap the upper right corner “┇” to enter Events option..
- Enable Mobile Tracking or “Human Tracking.”
Tracking Function Description:
- Once tracking is enabled, the camera will automatically rotate to follow changes in the scene and return to its original position when no movement is detected.
- After triggering tracking, the camera will return to its original position if there are no new changes detected for 8 seconds; if there are new changes, it will continue to track.
- The effectiveness of tracking is influenced by the installation environment and distance; the recommended installation distance is between 2 to 8 meters.
- Frequent changes in the environment may cause abnormal behavior in the camera; if installed in areas with heavy pedestrian or vehicle traffic, or in environments with many insects outdoors, it is advisable to adjust the camera’s position or disable the tracking function.
Notes:
- If “Object Tracking” or “Mobile Tracking” is not available in the app, it means that the camera does not support this function.
