Why are there no records on the Events page?

A part of cameras and some countries still do not release cloud service, and this function is based on cloud service.lf above are supported, please check the reasons below.

  1. Confirm the camera detects motion. Try to move in front of the camera to check record events. It works well.
  2. Make sure to enable the cloud Intelligent EventsOpen the Yoosee- Three dots upper right of
    the corner on the device list>Settings-> CloudIntelligent Events(Events option)
  3. Confirm set the correct time zone. Open the Yoosee->Three dots upper right of the corner
    on the device list->Settings-> Time settings->Time zone.
  4. Turn up the sensitivity.

Open the Yoosee-> Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list->Settings > Alarmtype(Events)->Motion detection-> Alert Sensitivity to High.

  1. Confirm the camera’s alert status. The alert icon is blue on the device from left to right of the corner. It is a lightning or bell icon.
