A part of cameras and some countries still do not release cloud service, and this function is based on cloud service.lf above are supported, please check the reasons below.
- Confirm the camera detects motion. Try to move in front of the camera to check record events. It works well.
- Make sure to enable the cloud Intelligent EventsOpen the Yoosee- Three dots upper right of
the corner on the device list>Settings-> CloudIntelligent Events(Events option) - Confirm set the correct time zone. Open the Yoosee->Three dots upper right of the corner
on the device list->Settings-> Time settings->Time zone. - Turn up the sensitivity.
Open the Yoosee-> Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list->Settings > Alarmtype(Events)->Motion detection-> Alert Sensitivity to High.
- Confirm the camera’s alert status. The alert icon is blue on the device from left to right of the corner. It is a lightning or bell icon.
