1. Check App Version:

Launch the application on your device. - Access Version Information:

2. Upgrade Device Firmware:
- Select the Camera:
In the device list, choose the relevant camera. - Access Settings:
Click the “┆” icon in the top right corner to enter the settings page. - Check for Firmware Updates:
Click on the device name, then select “Firmware Update.”
3. Restart the Camera:
- Go to Device Settings:
On the app homepage, click the “┆” icon in the top right corner. - Select Restart Device:
Scroll down and choose “Restart the Device.”
4. Remove Accessory Interference:
- Remove Accessories:
Take out the memory card, extension cords, or other accessories. - Reconnect Power After Waiting:
Wait for 1 minute before reconnecting the power supply.
