What to Do If There Are No Recordings on the Card Playback Page?

Enable All day Record Mode:

  1. Open the Yoosee App.
  2. Tap the “⋮” icon in the upper right corner of the device list to enter Settings.
  3. Select Record Settings and ensure that the All day record mode is enabled.

Format the Memory Card:

  1. Go to the device list and tap the “⋮” icon in the upper right corner to enter Settings.
  2. Select Record Settings and click on Format TF Card.
  3. If formatting fails within the app, use computer tools to format, choosing the file system as FAT32 or exFAT.

Use a Reliable Memory Card:

  • Use reputable brand memory cards, such as SanDisk or Kingston.
  • Avoid using low-quality memory cards to prevent issues with recording or looping storage.

Monitor Recording Packaging:

  • For 8-Digit ID Cameras: By default, recordings are packaged every 30 minutes. After enabling this feature, wait 30 minutes to check the memory card.
  • For 10-Digit ID Cameras: Wait 1-2 minutes to generate card recordings.
