There are four ways for your reference,
- Checking the live monitoring page fluency with the HD mode, the time shows whether it is normal. If neither of them, please restart the router and make the camera close to it.
- Upgrade to the newest app version.
- Open Yoosee app and open set.tings page to find recording settings to lower the card playback video quality.
- Format the memory card or change it to a new one.
