If you receive the prompt “Playback link failed.’ it usually indicates poor network connectivity to the camera. And the video was not successfully transmitted to the server. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
(1) In the recording settings, choose smooth picture quality as a priority for cloud playback.
(2) if you are using a Wi-Fi connection, switch to a wired Ethernet connection if available.
(3)Verify if the frmware versionis up to date. If not, update it to the latest version.
(4)Power off and restart the camera, then observe the situation.
