What to do if cloud playback is intermittent or not working?

It is possible that the poor network status of the camera is causing the issue. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

(1) Open the Yoosee app’s homepage and tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots “:”)in the top right corner.

(2)Go to “Settings” and scroll down to fno’Recording Settings”.

(3)Select “Cloud PlaybachVideo Quality” and set it to”Smooth Picture Priority.”

(4)Place the camera within 3-5 meters of the Wi-Fi router to ensure a clear Wi-Fi signal without obstacles like walls or floors in between.

(5)if it is a panoramic camera and there is no “Smooth Picture Priority” option, please go to “Settings”, then “Picture and Sound”, and adjust the picture quality to the lowest setting
