There is no pictures in Intelligent Events function?

  1. Confirm the camera detects motion. Try to move in front of the camera to check that the recording events are working well.
  2. Make sure to enable the cloud Intelligent Events. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Cloud Intelligent Events.
  3. Confirm the correct time zone. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Time settings→Time zone.
  4. Turn up the sensitivity. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Alarm type→ Motion detection→ Alert Sensitivity to High.
  5. Confirm the camera’s alert status. The alert icon is blue on the device’s left-right corner. It is a lightning or bell icon.
