- Confirm the camera detects motion. Try to move in front of the camera to check that the recording events are working well.
- Make sure to enable the cloud Intelligent Events. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Cloud Intelligent Events.
- Confirm the correct time zone. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Time settings→Time zone.
- Turn up the sensitivity. Open the Yoosee→ Three dots upper right of the corner on the device list→ Settings→ Alarm type→ Motion detection→ Alert Sensitivity to High.
- Confirm the camera’s alert status. The alert icon is blue on the device’s left-right corner. It is a lightning or bell icon.
