- Please open the phone settings and turn on the location services on the Yoosee app. Allow the Yoosee App to access your location while using the app.
- Not every router offers both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but most devices released in the last few years do. Some might be limited to 2.4GHz only. You can connect your device up to the dual-band router or 2.4GHz only.
- Wi-Fi passwords must be alphabets or numbers. Do not use special characters! # $ % & ’ ( ) * + , – . / : ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ and space.
- Use a Wi-Fi router to access the internet. The Wi-Fi router is connected to the modem and configured to create a wireless network with a good signal.
