Is there no alert notification on the phone?

Can you not get alert notifications on the app?

Please verify the information below.

1. Alert mode is activated; please check the picture.
2. Activated motion detection. Click three dots in the upper right of the corner on the devicelist→>settings>alarm type->checking if you activated the motion detection.
3. Activated the switch “Notification Methods’.

You can receive alert messages on the Yoosee app, but no alert notifications when you close the app.

2. Please try to log out of the account and back in to log in again.

How do I turn on the notification authorization?

iOS: Open the settings on the phone, fnd theYoosee app. Then, enable the permission.

Android: Open phone settings ->message notif.ication->Yoosee->Allow receiving notifcation,
