How to switch the cloud plan to another camera?

If you subscribe to cloud service via a Quest account, do not support switching it to another camera. Even if you reset the camera to connect tothe quest account, the cloud service will work again. If you subscribe to a cloud service primary account, please continue the below steps:

1. Delete the camera A on the app.

2. Click “cloud” of camera B on the device list. Then confirm it.

Note, please: The cloud service can not transfer from one account to another account. Only suit for the cameras in the same account with unlimited times.
