Alarm Recording Function Overview:
- Function Purpose: The camera will automatically start recording when there is a change in the scene while in alarm mode.
Confirm Camera Recording Status:
- Ensure the camera is functioning normally by checking for any playback issues in continuous or manual recording modes.
- If there is no new recording in “Alarm Record,” follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Confirm Alarm Status:
- Check the device list on the app’s homepage. The alarm icon in the bottom left corner of the camera should display either “On Guard” or “Notifications.”
2. For 8-Digit ID Cameras:
- Open the app homepage and tap the “┆” icon in the upper right corner to enter settings.
- Select Alarm Type > “Motion Detection”, enable it, and set the sensitivity to “High.”
3. For 10-Digit ID Cameras:
- Open the app homepage and tap the “┆” icon in the upper right corner to enter settings.
- Select “Events,” set the guard time period from 00:00 to the 2nd day 00:00, and set the motion Detected to “High.”
4. Test Alarm Trigger:
- Move within the monitored area to check if the alarm can be triggered.
- After triggering the alarm, wait for 1-2 minutes.
5. Check Recording Playback:
- Go to the app > “Playback” > “Card Playback” to see if there are any new recordings.
