1. When No Alarm Messages Are Received in the App:
- Confirm if the camera’s status in the app’s device list shows “On Guard” or “Notification” at the bottom left corner.
For 8-Digit ID Cameras:- Go to the monitoring screen settings.
- Find “Alarm Type” and enable “Motion Detection.”
- Find “Alarm Mode” and enable “Receive Alarm Push Interval.”
- For 10-Digit ID Cameras:
- Access Settings from the app’s homepage, select Event option and set the Guarding Period, and increase the sensitivity for motion detection.
- Enable “Messaging.”
2. When No Alarm Messages Are Received While the App Is Closed:
- Check the phone’s app settings to ensure that notifications for “Yoosee” are enabled.
- Try logging out of your account and logging back in.
For iPhones:- Go to phone settings and enable Notifications for the Yoosee App
- For Android Phones:
- In the settings, allow Yoosee notifications.
