Cannot get alert notifications on the app? Please verify the information below.
- Alert mode is activated, please check the picture.
- Activated motion detection. Click three dots in the upper right of the corner on the device list→ settings→ alarm type→ checking if you activated the motion detection.
- Activated the switch Notification Methods
You can receive alert messages on the Yoosee app, but no alert notifications when you close the app.
- Confirm notification authorization is enabled on the phone
- Please try to log out of the account and back in to log in again.
How do I turn on the notification authorization?
IOS: Open the settings on the phone and find the Yoosee app. Then, enable the permission.
Android: Open phone settings → message notification→ Yoosee→ Allow receiving notification.
