How to deal with when you cannot receive the alert notifications?

Cannot get alert notifications on the app? Please verify the information below.

  1. Alert mode is activated, please check the picture.
  2. Activated motion detection. Click three dots in the upper right of the corner on the device list→ settings→ alarm type→ checking if you activated the motion detection.

You can receive alert messages on the Yoosee app, but no alert notifications when you close the app.

  2. Please try to log out of the account and back in to log in again.

How do I turn on the notification authorization?

IOS: Open the settings on the phone and find the Yoosee app. Then, enable the permission.

Android: Open phone settings → message notification→ Yoosee→ Allow receiving notification.
