- Tap the Yoosee app and click “Me” > About> Version update to make sure the App version you’re using is the latest.
- Tap the Yoosee app and click “┆”>settings> Firmware upgrade to make sure the firmware version is the latest.
- Tap Yoosee app and click “┆”>settings>device information>reboot the device
- Power off the device and take out the Micro SD memory card if you’ve inserted it. Power on the device 1 minute later. If the problem still exists, please contact the seller directly for the possible hardware failure.
