(1)Click “my traffic” to check the card is working normally; you need to recharge if it prompts that the plan is expired or without traffic.
If clicking “my traffic” prompts “do not support to query”(external data card), please try to ask the carrier to verify the data is working.
(2)If there is no problem with the data card, check the accessories
a. If there is a memory card, power off the camera, take out the memory card, and power on if it is normal after taking the memory card out. there is a probability that the memory card is normal and affects the function of the camera. It is suggested to remove or change another memory card to check again.
b. Verify the power adapter is abnormal. If there is a power supply of the same specification, replace it to have a check.
(3)If the device still shows offline after checking the above steps, please reset the device and add it to the Yoosee app again.
